Our Pet Policy

Dogs and cats under 60 pounds adult-weight are welcomed. Breed Restrictions apply. You may have up to two pets. No exotic pets or other types of pets are allowed. A $350 non-refundable pet fee is required for the 1st pet and $175 for the second pet.

*Breed, size, and weight limitations and fee and deposit requiremnts do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws. We will consider any request for reasonable accommodations.
